Summer dish coming up: Not too far from our shop in Frisco is Parker County, also known as the Peach Capital of Texas. A couple weekends ago they held their annual peach festival, which inspired this dish.

Local peaches and corn make the ultimate summer pairing, blending the sweet, juicy fruit with the crispy, smokey kernels.

Combine and top with feta, jalapenos, and honey for the perfect summer side dish. Sound on!
