Had the privilege of assisting the Frisco High School BBQ Team today at the Lone Star BBQ Battle during the World Food Championship, sponsored by Walmart.
With only five ingredients to showcase a chuck roast, the team chose to create Poor Man’s Burnt Ends — and went head-to-head with three World Championship Pitmasters.
