We took a soft, dreamy strawberry cheesecake cookie… topped it with creamy vanilla ice cream from Hibbitts Ice Cream… drenched it in our house-made strawberry sauce… then said “why stop there?” and added strawberry crunch crumbles, whipped cream, and the cherry on top. 🍒
