What a beautiful day for a market.
We sold out of Pretzels, Bread, Lettuce, Spinach, & RedBud Jam yesterday!! Thank you to everyone that stop by!

A lot of people asked if we’d be there every weekend, and we will be doing roughly every other for now, unless you all love Gluten Free then we might make the switch!!

This week we will be focusing on our recipes by adding different flavor pretzels, braided bread, and altering cinnamon rolls slightly to help keep softer!

Together with Follow Your Roots we are excited to announce our first experience of the year!

Come spend a slow, peaceful morning out at the farm with us.

We’re hosting a gentle yoga session surrounded by some of our favorite things baby goats bouncing around, chickens scratching nearby, and our Highland cows grazing out in the pasture.

Expect a relaxed, lighthearted atmosphere and yes, the baby goats will absolutely try to join you. Bring a yoga mat or towel, water, and clothes you don’t mind getting a little farm dust on.

Here at The Burrow Homestead everyone is enjoying the snowy cold weather!

Our Highlands are especially loving this.
Highlands originate from the Scottish Highlands, and came to the US in 1890.

While some may worry that the snow and ice build up is hurting them or they they are cold it is actually a great indicator that they are retaining heat & their fur is working by helping them keep insulated.

We will be hosting unique experiences this year to come see and spend time with the livestock, including our beautiful girls!

We have been quieter this past year than we intended!
2025 was a fast year where we welcomed some new faces to the farm and didn’t focus our attention to the business side as much as we’d have liked.

This upcoming year we are setting our priorities with our farm and family!

Hopefully that means we will be sharing more of this journey with you all, have some events at the farm, see you all at the farmers market, and really hit the ground running!
