Hitchcock Station

We are thrilled to welcome our newest member who is set to open a brand new restaurant in downtown Fruitland soon.

Locally owned and operated, the Hitchcock Station will offer delicious food, using ingredients sourced from local producers and farmers. Their handcrafted burgers, sandwiches, and salads are complemented by old-fashioned shakes, using ice cream from The Stil in Boise.

They will also be featuring farm-to-table dinners, special events, and holiday brunches. You can even book their restaurant for your own private event! 🍔🥗

A question we often get asked is how many lbs per person. Here is our Holiday Dinner Guide for a crowd. Keep in mind we are shooting to have a little extra for some fantastic leftovers the next day. (Prime Rib Sammy’s on those yummy dinner rolls, YES PLEASE 🤤) And honestly, it’s best to be safe and not run out! Sometimes, Uncle Frank can eat enough for 3 people 😉🙃
