Grilled rabbit. Pictured: rabbit backstrap. Not pictured: carmelized carrots and celery cheese sticks.
Did a onion garlic dry rub (overnight), started on grill @450 degrees for about 15 minutes (propane ran out) finished in oven at 350 degrees for last 10. So moist. Tasted great.

We have 3 rabbit pinkies from a failed birth for anyone with snakes. A little over 2 ounces each kit. Five bucks for the three.
