Maine Turf Company Maine's first sod farm. Maine Turf Company is a family owned farming operation; run by Doug Albert Jr a sixth generation farmer.

We have supplied our valued customers with quality turf, unequaled customer service and integrity since 1985. Maine Turf Company is located in Fryeburg, ME
on the New Hampshire border near North Conway. In addition to operating Maine Turf Company, owner Doug Albert is an adjunct professor in the Horticulture Department at Southern Maine Community College where he teaches a course in turfgrass management.

Today we celebrate the freedoms we enjoy, the hardworking people who make this country great, and the communities we’re proud to serve.
