Building the future of water infrastructure starts by investing in the people who will lead it.

Developing talent has become a cornerstone for us at Caliagua and our internship program embodies this tradition. Every internship is more than a summer experience— it's an opportunity for students to step onto active job sites, work alongside industry experts, and contribute to projects that make a real impact across California and it's communities.

This year, we welcomed talented students from several universities across Southern California. Each one brought fresh ideas, curiosity, and a passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges. From engineering and project management to construction operations, they're gaining hands-on experience that simply can't be taught in a classroom.

We're equally proud of the mentors across our company who invest their time and knowledge to help develop the next generation of industry leaders. Today's interns are tomorrow's project managers, engineers, superintendents, and innovators—and we're excited to be part of that journey.

Thank you to our incredible interns and the universities that continue to prepare exceptional talent for our industry. The future of water is in good hands.

Behind every mile of pipe, every treatment facility, and every successful startup is something even more important—our people.

From operators in the cab to crews in the trench, project managers, superintendents, safety professionals, engineers, and support staff, every Caliagua project is built by individuals who take pride in doing the job right. Their skill, dedication, and commitment to safety are what turn complex infrastructure into reliable systems that serve communities for decades.

It's not just about moving dirt or installing pipe—it's about working together, solving challenges, and delivering quality every step of the way.

To our field teams and everyone supporting them behind the scenes: thank you for the craftsmanship, professionalism, and passion you bring to every project. You are the foundation of everything we build.

A major milestone is taking shape at the Lord Ranch Facilities Project.

This view captures the installation of the structural roof framing for the new 1.0-million-gallon welded steel reservoir currently under construction for West Valley Water District in Rialto, California.

With an 80-foot diameter and standing 32 feet tall, this reservoir will play a vital role in strengthening the region's water storage and distribution system. Once complete, it will work alongside a new booster pump station capable of delivering nearly 3,000 gallons per minute into the existing water network, improving reliability and capacity for the growing community.

Projects of this scale require precision engineering, meticulous planning, and seamless coordination between field crews, steel fabricators, crane operators, and project management teams. Watching this structure come together is a testament to the craftsmanship and commitment of everyone involved.

We're proud to partner with West Valley Water District in delivering infrastructure that will provide dependable water service for decades to come.

Infrastructure Week is about more than concrete and steel — it’s about protecting communities, strengthening California’s future, and building systems that generations will rely on every single day.

Proud to be on the front lines of California’s critical water infrastructure movement, our infrastructure focus has always been delivering quality water. From advanced PFAS treatment facilities that remove harmful “forever chemicals” from drinking water, to large-scale pump stations, wastewater systems, and landmark projects like the Cotino Lagoon development, our teams are helping deliver resilient infrastructure that keeps California moving forward.

Across the Southern California, our Caliagua’s crews are at the forefront of complex projects that demand precision, innovation, and long-term thinking; the Tustin PFAS Treatment System, Orange County Water District improvements, Garfield Well Replacement, are a few examples of our recent work on major municipal water infrastructure upgrades. Every project represents a commitment to cleaner water, environmental stewardship, and stronger communities.

Our project owners work hard to keep infrastructure invisible to the general public. Caliagua builds infrastructure that goal more achievable. Behind every reliable water system, our dedicated team builds, upgrades, and maintains the systems Californians depend on daily.

This Infrastructure Week, we recognize the operators, engineers, tradespeople, project managers, and field crews working across California to deliver critical infrastructure safely and reliably.

Building California’s water future — one project at a time.
