Hey there Costa Mesa! Thanks for the memories!🙌
In honor of our final pour day, here’s a little throwback to painting that iconic tasting room wall!
We had 7 incredible years in Costa Mesa, our Bootlegger’s Brewery Costa Mesa location. Our final day of service will be TODAY, June 7th. We will be open until 10PM. Fullerton location will continue to remain open.
This was not an easy decision. As we approached the end of our lease term, we were faced with the choice of committing to another long-term lease. After a great deal of discussion and reflection, we realized that our priorities have evolved over the years.
As a family-owned and operated brewery, managing multiple locations has required an enormous amount of time and energy. We’re at a point in our lives where we want to spend more time with our family, pursue other interests and projects, and simplify our operations so we can focus our attention on a single location while continuing to maintain the quality, hospitality, and passion that have defined Bootlegger’s for the past 18 years.
While we’re saying goodbye to Costa Mesa, we’re not saying goodbye to brewing. We’re excited to continue our 18-year brewing tradition at our Fullerton location, where we’ll keep crafting & pouring the beers you know and love while continuing to serve the community that has supported us throughout this journey.
Costa Mesa became so much more than just a brewery. It became a gathering place filled with friendships, celebrations, familiar faces, and an incredible community built around craft beer. We’re thankful to every person who walked through our doors, shared a pint with friends, celebrated milestones with us, attended our events, or made us part of their routine.
To everyone who supported us over these past 7+ years — thank you. Your loyalty and friendship have meant so much to our team and our family.
We hope you’ll stop by for one last beer before we close our doors tonight. And while this chapter is coming to an end, we hope you’ll continue visiting us at our Fullerton location.
