The best part was the tea that was provided with the meal. It went perfectly with the food and its scent had a way of intoxicating Jeffrey. The only tea he knew was earl grey, but this was so much different. One day he asked what tea they served because he loved it so much he wanted to know how to make it at home, this day will go down in history as the day Jeffrey learned what oolong tea was. Ove

r a decade later he is still exploring and sharing his tea knowledge and experience with others. In the summer of 2013, Jeffrey Cleary and Cassandra Pedrotti were employed by the same local cafe. Jeff, a barista, and Cassandra, a venue manager, began talking after learning they both enjoyed a cup of tea before bed. Not too long after that Jeff and Cassandra's interest grew in each other... and the rest is history. Currently both reside in Fayetteville, New York with their two dogs, Fritz and Jasmine. Cassandra and Jeff want to share their love and knowledge in tea in hopes to bring the happiness they get out of all of the teas on this site to you.

New tea drop! This is a roasty aged oolong from Taiwan. Qing xin the cultivar behind many of the great high mountain oolongs in Taiwan. Roasted in Lugu 3x since 2015. 2015 Qing xin is up on the site along with another roasted tea gui fei cha!
