The hardest part of smoking brisket? Keeping everybody from picking at it while you’re slicing! Look at that bark and smoke ring. Supper at C-Ewe Farmstead is looking pretty good!

You’ve probably heard that cows have four stomachs—but they actually have ONE stomach with four compartments! Each has a job to do, helping turn all that grass into fuel for those big, beautiful bodies.

Around here, I’m pretty sure the cows think all four are reserved for bananas!

I tried calling in sick, but the chickens denied my request. Apparently, their dinner is still my responsibility!
