Regarding the negative review bombing we are receiving today....
At Right Meow, our policies are designed with one priority in mind: the safety and well-being of our cats. That includes limiting the number of people allowed in our cat rooms at one time. While we understand it can be disappointing to arrive and find a room at capacity, we will not compromise the cats' comfort, safety, or stress levels by overcrowding the space.
Our team has handled every interaction today with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Even when that same courtesy was not extended to them.
What is especially disappointing is seeing a small business and it's animal rescue targeted with bot reviews describing experiences that simply DID NOT HAPPEN.
False reviews do not hurt a corporation. They hurt a local business, it's mission, and ultimately the cats who depend on us.
We welcome honest feedback from actual experiences. We do not welcome review bombing based on frustration over policies that exist to protect the animals in our care.
Fraudulent reviews are being reported. If the harassment and slander continues, we will explore available legal options.
Thank you to the many supporters who continue to stand behind our mission and understand why our cats, like Arthur "Quickdraw" Morgan, come first.
Now we are moving on to hug some kittens.
