Confessions of a perfectionist…

I’ve procrastinated in sharing the website for numerous reasons:
1. It’s not as perfect as I want it to be yet.
2. I don’t have all the items loaded yet.
3. What if I miss a message?
4. Our schedules are crazy. My full time job can get crazy. I must be crazy in trying to build this beyond what it is currently.
5. What if it’s a complete failure?
6. What if it becomes too much?

Anyway! Here goes!

Hazel Dean’s Vintage Provisions was born in honor and memory of my late MawMaw, Hazel Dean Garrison Hill. Our niche is her niche. Every offering is made individually from scratch using the best ingredients as if we were expecting you to come share a sweet with us in our home. Each order is preciously packaged as if your grandmother is gifting it to you. At first sight, we want you to have all the warm and fuzzies from the presentation and smell. With each bite, we hope you can step back in time and reminisce on the good ‘ole days while making the present just as special. One day these, too, will be the good ‘ole days.

We took a few months to reflect on 2024, the year we dipped our toes into the water.

What worked and what did not? What was the most popular and least popular? What was most efficient? What were the positive and negative characteristics of the market? How much potential is there to grow a solid customer base? Considering all the things, should we move beyond dabbling?
