Do you do hog processing on wild hogs? I am going on a hog hunt in Wrightsville Georgia next Friday and I am looking for a processor your cousin at the gun store recommended you and said that you do processing on wild game and would do wild hogs. I could have them gut it and skin it then leave the hog like that were it's the whole hog or I can have them gut and skin it then quarter it there for you. Just what you want done, also would you be seasoning the meat and how could I get it processed example like could I get it in chops and and things like that or would it be sausage only?
