Hey yall we will have a half or 2 quarters available for the cow we take in March. It will go towards the end of March. Pm for more information or to get on the list. With all that has been said about quality of meat in stores lately, what better assurance can you have than buying local. Talk to your family members if you think splitting an order would work better for storage.

Happy New Year!

We are starting to book our cows for this year. We have the February cow up for discussion now. This will be a delivery date for end of February. We are looking to sale this one as a whole, half, or a 1/4. If you have been wanting to get your freezers stocked with fresh, local beef now is the time. You may even have family members that may want to split the cost and go in with you. Send us a message for more details and to secure your beef today and get on our list. We plan to take a cow every month this year so if you're looking out for a specific month send us a message to have us add you to the calendar. Thanks yall!
