I present dehydrated Zucchini chips! Kids hated, husband approved 🤣. Seriously these were actually pretty good. I will be making more of these as we have excess.

Well, we end the day at 5.5 inches of snow!

As of 1:30pm today we are at almost 4 inches of snow!

Remember to check your animal housing roofs. Flat top roofs and even A frames with tarps can get weighed down with snow. Quick cook oats soaked in warm water makes a excellent snack (given in moderation) for warming up critters, we use this on most of our animals (horse, pig, goats, chickens, ducks), NOT the rabbits.

I just love it when the old abandoned hiding spot, is in fact, no longer abandoned. 25 eggs! 🤦‍♀️ Jokes on me, after months of nothing there I stopped checking. All eggs were recycled.
Chicken antics announcement: Always, ALWAYS check those spots, they are never truly abandoned.
