Hi all,

I am emailing you in regards to your cinnamon roll orders for pick up on Friday. I am very ill and have had to make a really tough decision that I will not be able to healthily make desserts for you.

I want to apologize profusely as I was really looking forward to having these cinnamon rolls & cookies for you for Christmas. I want to give you enough time to purchase something from another local bakery.

I am happy to initiate a refund immediately for your items if that’s what you would like.
I am also happy to make similar items for you during Valentines Day or a future holiday as well.

Please let me know your preferred method and I will complete the refunds as soon as I know. Again, I am so sorry and I look forward to being to bake again for you soon.

Hi friends! Amanda here - in June 2022 I decided to close Fourteen Twenty Nine. I have baked a few times professionally since then but have taken an enormous time to rest.

I have been working through some hard things since then. I got divorced, I started a new job, and came out as q***r to my family and friends.

I am excited to finally circle back to my love of baking.
I will start taking small orders, sharing recipes, sharing life around being q***r, being a parent, and navigating all of those things with grace.

I hope you’ll continue to follow along as I develop a new website, blog, and bring you along on the journey.
This community has shown me so much grace and love since 2018 & I look forward to taking this walk in the Pastry Perspectives together 🫶🏻

Hi friends. This is hard to type, but it is time to let you know what I have decided.
I have decided to take time away completely from Fourteen Twenty Nine. The last 4.5 years have changed my life. I set out with only myself and a 5 quart kitchen aid mixer, to build a place that I loved and YOU all have loved so well. I am proud of it & of you Columbus for welcoming and supporting my dream.
I don’t know what will happen in the coming months or years, I have more big dreams and business ideas I hope to pursue.
I have a few weddings I will be baking for this summer but otherwise I will not be baking professionally. I will keep this page open and am always here to help point you in the right direction for ways to help our community. Keep baking the world a better place ❤️

Our first is tomorrow! This is our 5th season and I am so excited to see so many familiar faces!
We have brand new ✨COFFEE CAKE✨ for the breakfast dessert lovers ☕️
