When your initial baking plan fails and you have to basically start over… no idea why my chocolate Swiss rolls didn’t cooperate but we’re trying out Dino cake pops. 🦖🦕

Be sure to come out to the Red Boiling Springs Farmers market tomorrow from 10-2, I’ll have bread, chocolate cupcakes w/ raspberry buttercream, key lime pie Swiss rolls, and maybe Dino cake pops 😂😂 there will also be other venders with various items.

After baking and testing/ tweaking recipes I have some mostly finalized items! A vanilla Swiss roll with blueberry buttercream and lemon icing and two variations of a key lime pie Swiss roll! Next project will be turning them into mini Swiss rolls!
