Fehrenbachers is a unique producer of quality meat products located in Gainesville, Florida. We take great pride in using all natural ingredients, No preservatives and nothing artificial. Our recipes are a combination of Old World classics handed down over many generations and new flavors created by small batch testing. Adam Fehrenbacher learned the craft of sausage making at a young age, growing

up on a family farm in the Midwest sausage making, curing meats and meat fabrication of all kinds was common place. Adam entered the food-service industry at the age of 16 and over the last 20 years he has gained a B.S. in Culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University is a Certified Sommelier and has worked as a Chef in such markets as Miami Fl, Naples Fl, St. Thomas USVI, London ENG, Paris FR, Munich DE, Vienna AT, and Islamorada in the Florida Keys he has spent the last 5 years as Chef de Cuisine at Mildred's Big City Foods in Gainesville, FL. Adams delicious products are often featured on the Mildreds menu, Items ranging from Pates, Terrines, Galantines, Rillettes, Hams, Bacons, Pancetta and of course sausages! Frequent guest requests to purchase his wares wholesale led Adam to local farmers markets where his products are now available the to general public. Some of our more popular items include:
