This past week was Georgia Grown Week, and yesterday was Buy Georgia Grown Day. We proudly stand behind the fact that our beef was born here, raised here, and will be prepared for Americans and Georgians here. You may decide not to buy your beef from us, but please support a local farmer by purchasing their produce/vegetables, eggs, beef, etc. directly or at a local farmer's market.

We started with whole, half, and quarters last year. Because of interest from the general public over the last year we started selling beef sampler boxes. Been silent for a while getting business things more in order so we can handle more volume (another announcement soon), but I thought this announcement by the USDA last week was too important to ignore. This is very good for the American consumer, especially if you care where your food/beef is raised.

We now offer 1/4 beef bundle. This requires about 3 cubic feet of freezer space.

There will be a variety of cuts of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and stew meat. We are working with our butcher for a more definitive and refined list that will be consistent and standard every time.

We started with offering just half or a whole cow. Because of the large number requests and inquiries for a quarter cow.
