This weeks menu offering is up!

We are continuing with our trickling of fall inspired baked goods, ice creams and other dairy products🍁 hopefully if we try hard enough- we’ll influence the temperature!

Pickup this week for baked goods and ice cream will be Saturday and Sunday as I’ll be offsite working in my floral business Thursday and Friday.

Milk and other dairy products are available through the week and weekend. If you have your heart set on trying our fresh, creamy milk (for your pet 🤭) the week days are the best time to order as we sell out during the weekend.

My latest favorites are-

The maple milk
The Dolly cookie
Peanut butter pie ice cream

Tulips cream top yogurt with black cherry jam and maple pecan granola is also my go-to. I can make one for you upon request🤭

Not sure about raw dairy? Some of our items have been heated above 190 degrees- ricotta, custard ice creams, yogurt and even our skyr.

Come say hi to the cows this weekend and tell them how hard they work when you pickup their products- they deserve the love ❤️🐄

Meet Dolly🐄

Dolly is our newest addition to our small dairy herd. She is a beautiful A2A2 registered jersey. She is also expecting and we should see a beautiful jersey calf late September. Dolly comes from a small dairy just south of us and is already familiar with her milking routine. She will be a huge help with milk production once Mary and Tulip go dry in October.

I’m sure you’ll ask- “what does dry mean?”- dry is a term for no longer milking. You want to slowly dry your cows off. Lessen the milk load until they are no longer producing. This is temporary. Typically you want a 3-4 month dry period before calving. This will help future milk production and will build colostrum for their calf. Typically within 2 weeks after calving- the milk will be ready for consumption (for pets- per FL law☺️)

I released the newest menu yesterday so be sure to take a look and order your goodies before they sell out- it’s a great way to come see Dolly and welcome her to the farm!

If you need your order in advance- feel free to message me. Otherwise pickups will be Friday-Sunday! Items after pre-order will be limited and first come/first serve basis.

New items include our Vermont maple milk- insanely delicious!
Our ice cream flavors are decadent and fall inspired.

After a year and a half of milking 2 cows… it was time to bring in a 3rd. This gal will help keep the milk flowing while my other two girls go on vacation and prepare for their calves due in the winter. But…here’s the kicker… she’s not actually in milk right now so you know what means…

We are starting our 2026 calf watch next week. Yes, more updates, more cow parts than you care to see…with that comes education and hopefully a healthy, cute Jersey calf! Hopefully without two heads 😅 right Jess?

Farm drop at NC Beef

I just dropped off a limited amount of your favorite “pet treats”

Raw milk

Raw salted butter

Peach custard ice cream

Of course I forgot the eggs but they’ll be there tomorrow! This is a small drop as I’m catching up from being away from the farm so don’t miss out!

We are thinking of adding chocolate milk and heavy cream to our drop- let me know if you’d like to see it in store!

Back home after a long weekend with my family in North Carolina. It might be a slow start but I’ll post a light menu for the weekend ahead. Dairy orders will resume tomorrow🐄

Good morning from the farm!

Just a reminder for the week- tomorrow is the last day to pickup dairy orders as I’ll be out of town the next few days. Milk production will resume on Tuesday of next week.

Just a reminder that I will be going out of town from Friday-Monday. There will be no pickups available until the following Tuesday while I’m away.

If you need milk and your other favorite dairy products- I’ll have them available early this week as a limited quantity so reserve yours soon!
