There are a lot of little details that make a DJ’s burger a DJ’s burger. Seasoning our cast iron planks with beef tallow is a big one in creating signature crust and flavor. It’s a little extra work, but we think it’s worth it! 🔥🍔

The Brick & Mortar Pop Up went great! Thank you to all who stopped by and welcomed us to the neighborhood.

Soft opening phase officially starts next Wednesday. We’ll be breaking in new equipment, fine tuning our online software and adding some finishing touches to our space to enjoy the burgers that got us here in a fun, new environment .
