We had 10 team members represent Ben E. Keith at the International Foodservice Distributors Association National Championship in Orlando this year. After a weekend full of intense operations and transportation competition, we had 4 crew members take home a win amongst over 150 competitors from the foodservice industry! We even had a victory in the children’s competition! Team Ben E. Keith encompasses the best of the best, and we are so proud of our crew for their hard work!

Our final stop takes us to the Tall City to visit Jerry Morales, one of the most legendary restaurant owners in West Texas. Jerry is a recent Texas Restaurant Association Hall of Honor recipient and has not only influenced his town with the food at Gerardo's Casita but also served as the mayor while doing it. He discusses the history of his family’s restaurant, dating back to his father’s opening, and the core beliefs that have brought him to where he is today.
