We love the Lord and aim to please him in every aspect of our lives. We hope you can see Jesus in us through Aimee's blog and this page. We are blessed with our 3 kiddos; Michael, Ethan and Shiloh, and we are enjoying every minute of their little lives. We love food and when several members of our family were diagnosed with autoimmune diseases, celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, etc, We decided to cut out gluten and then later we decided to, for the most part, eliminate grains. We had already been on the road to this by cutting out preservatives, artificial anything, and eating only whole unprocessed food, so it was just a natural progression for us. It was a difficult journey at first but we (mostly Aimee) learned a lot about food and about how to cook it and that is what we aim to share with you. Well, that and the new farm life we are excited to be living. Acreage and animals were a dream for us and now it is our reality. We did not want make a new page so we will incorporate our farm life into our page as well. We hope you enjoy what you read and hopefully we can learn some things together :)

That 2nd quarter was not near as fast as the 1st. We find ourselves in a bit of a hole but I have full faith we can pull ourselves out.
