Students, I added your painted rocks to the raised beds. Today was super hard weeding the raised beds without all of you, cleaning our old trailer room for the last time, and turning off all your computers in the media lab we used this semester. I have taught in many places but I can say this place has made a huge impact on me. All of you have a story or a background that is so unique. LCCA is a collection of true overcomers, your all so determined which made it easy to love all of you so much. Your willingness to always help and get your hands dirty was incredible. I hope all of you enjoyed this yr, learned how to grow/take care of your own garden one day, enjoyed all the animals that visited, had a blast on our field trips, and learned from our labs. I hate to see the hort program being phased out but I know greater things are in store for all of you w the new plans for ag mechanics next fall. This will open many job doors for you so stay in the ag pathway. I wish all of you the best. Thank you for a wonderful year, Mrs. Jennifer Collins (please stay in touch)

Way to go LCCA construction!

The Millwork Solution actively participates in various work based learning programs and understands the importance of teaching our youth a trade that they can carry with them throughout their lives. We recently had the opportunity to connect with Rodney Presley, who works with the Hall County Work Based Learning program. Rodney brought a class by to visit with us and we had a great time showing them around and teaching them about our processes. We look forward to continuing our involvement with the Hall County Work Based Learning program. Please like, share and enjoy the photos!

We let our two adult bunnies out for a little run today. They have never been out of the hutch so they are in the farmer's market visiting this week. They are both females a year old. We are looking to rehome them since school is almost over, if anyone is interested.

Funny moment today. We had a drainage pipe issue so when we opened the greenhouse door water rushed out. I have never had a group so helpful. I had my kids and even one not in my class sweeping water out. This is one incredible group of students that are always willing to step up anytime. Special thanks to you Tyana Joy Carlson and Jordan. Its a true joy to laugh w these students and work together fast to fix issues on campus.
