Wellspring Kombucha is a growing craft kombucha brewery located in Gainesville, Florida. We are in search of a qualified candidate with a basic understanding and passion for kombucha. This candidate will be in charge of all direct keg sales and event coordination activities.

Key Requirements for this position:

At least 2 yr experiene in Food and Beverage Service Industry

Excellent written skills including experience writing marketing or public relations text and emails

Strong interpersonal skill sets that include experience building and maintaining relationships with a diverse network of individuals and organizations

Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multi-task
such as time management skills and ability to prioritize a large volume of tasks

Self-motivation, enthusiastic and willing to learn
Great customer services skills

Responsibilities to include:

Arranging events while following all company and safety standards

Creating an agreements and contracts with the clients and on boarding of all new accounts

Communicating all sales and events budgets, space requirements and and marketing needs to all vendors and management.

Communicating any problems that arise in an upfroft manner with the client

Maintaining communication with any outside vendors contracted for the events and tastings
Preparing and executing a detailed outline of the event needs with deadlines

Arranging meeting space, lodging for guests, food and drink, music, visuals and any other needs the client has>

Set Up, Break down, and cleanup of all events and tastings.

Manage needed supplies and maintain all event materials.

-Able to lift 50lbs

* You would be loading kegs for deliveries as well as setting up for events

*Towing trailers and or operation of large delivery van with be part of the job

- And most inpotant willingness to learn and grow with us!

But don’t worry! There will be plenty of Kombucha for all, one of our Refill Stations starting January 6th will be at Hoggetowne Creamery on 8th ave. AAAND
We are actually there right now doing a special for our growlers till this Saturday (Dec 28). Come by, visit us and grab a table to enjoy delicious plant-based food from and make sure to ask for which Kombucha flavors are available ;)

We had the great privilege of catering for a sweet wedding and being THE BEVERAGE of the night. Each table had a Kombucha Growler with different flavors like: Blueberry, Mango/Orange and Ginger!
