We enjoyed our time in Celina and wish the new owners, The Forge 1912, as a great success story as have experienced.

Love Cabernet Sauvignon? Then you absolutely have to try this beauty.
Full bodied, oh so smooth, very nice tannins, all complimented with a bright and lovely acidity. Flavors and aromas of black cherry, burnt sugar, vanilla, roasted coffee, dried herbs, and a fantastic smokey note.
