Casserole Gourmets Gainesville Hand crafted gourmet casseroles made by your personal chef team, has Joined CindyBGoodAgain a bakery, and fun shop! All they had to do was heat in the morning.

Come see us at 1001 NW 5th Avenue, Gainesville The event that sparked the idea of Casserole Gourmets was our youngest daughter’s graduation a few years back. We had a lot of family in town; graduation was at 10 am which meant we had to be at the O’Connell Center by 9 am. We had our lunch party/celebration all set for 1:00 PM when we returned but I needed to feed a houseful of guest breakfast. Thou

gh we had a lot of family who loved to cook, we were so busy; we ended up getting all starchy quick food. I planned on doing one of my fabulous egg casseroles because of the protein to keep us full until we returned. My sister and I both agreed it would have been so cool to get an egg casserole already made that just needed to be heated. We weren’t sure if that would work, the reheating so one Christmas as a gift to many friends, I cooked Christmas Egg Casserole, has sausage (turkey or pork), spinach, peppers and my favorite ingredient-cheese. I made them Christmas Eve and my friends came to pick them up. They came out wonderfully. Finally I started a FB page and really didn’t do much but others who knew we cooked started asking for casseroles for different charity events (our famous manicotti). We auctioned off a perfect meal for a dinner party at several events. We started cooking a few times a week for some folks. Now we are ready to start slowly expanding as personal chefs.
