WAKE UP & SHINE — VOLUME IV ☕✨ The next chapter of our Coffee Blonde Ale is now on tap!

Coffee infused on our American Blonde Ale, Keep Shining, this fourth installment features a fresh roast this time with Peru Cajamarca Lucero, roasted by our neighbors at Afternoon. Expect notes of grape candy and lemon zest, supported by a smooth cane sugar sweetness that makes this one especially balanced, approachable, and easy-drinking.

And this release also marks something new!

Inside our new coffee shop, Morning Brew, we’re launching rotating craft pour overs—starting with this same Peru roast. These pour overs are in-house only. Sip it slow in the café before 2PM. After the taproom opens at 2PM, enjoy this same roast in Wake Up & Shine: Volume IV on tap now. Cans coming soon 👀.

From the hopyard straight to your glass! 🍊🌿🍺

Our Head Brewer, Drake, recently joined a panel discussion at the UF IFAS Hops Field Day, sharing his experience working directly with Florida-grown Cascade hops in the brewhouse as well as developing recipes that highlight their unique characteristics.

We were proud to sponsor the event’s beer tasting and pour samples of Florida Flora, our Honey Wheat Ale brewed with Cascade hops harvested from the UF/IFAS hopyard.

Florida Flora is Local through and through. Brewed with Floridan Aquifer Artisan Well Water (like all our beers), Florida-grown wheat 🌾 , Florida orange blossom honey 🍯, and locally grown hops🌿. This Honey Wheat Ale is smooth, refreshing ale with bright notes of honeydew and melon.

Taste Florida agriculture in every sip. Florida Flora is currently available on draft and in 6packs to go.

Less than 24 hours until kick-off! ⚽️🏆

The World Cup starts tomorrow, and we’ll be extending hours for select matches throughout the tournament—starting this Friday as we stay open late for the 🇺🇸 USA match at 9 PM.

From June 11 through the Final Match on July 19, we’ll be showing nearly every game. Check our calendar (link in bio) for match showings, extended hours, and on-site food trucks.

☕️ We also just soft-opened Morning Brew, our new coffee bar inside the Brick Room. Open daily at 6:30 AM, it’s the perfect spot to catch early matches with coffee or bagels in hand. The Well (Tap Room) opens at 2 PM, so you can settle in for a full day of soccer, indoor seating, foosball games, and multiple screens!

Pick up a stamp card at either bar and earn 1 stamp for every drink purchased during a World Cup match. Fill a card and redeem it for a free drink!

🎟️ Plus, one completed stamp card will be randomly drawn after the Final Match to win a $100 C&G gift card. Be sure to write your phone number on your card—we’ll contact the winner if they’re not present.
