Lunch at The Jax Shack in Homer is always a good idea. From the loaded quesadillas to that crave-worthy house sauce, every bite hits the spot. Add in a glass of sweet tea and a big slice of homemade cheesecake (in a variety of flavors!), and you’ve got the kind of lunch you’ll be thinking about long after you leave. So many tasty options and delicious flavors all around!

🏝️ TROPICAL DRINK RECIPE: This drink is fun and perfect for kids!

Add 1 cup of hot water to mixing bowl, add a 3oz package of berry blue mellow mix and stir until dissolved. Add 2 cups of cold apple juice and 4 cups of lemon-lime soda. Stir gently. Top it with fruit and enjoy!
