Hope to see some of you beat the heat and come inside Baby bar this week!
The forecast looks like another scorcher of a week, both temperature and event-wise! There's a lot to do indoors and outside depending on your preferences for beating the heat so be sure to check out MommingInMoCo.com for the full calendar of kid events in MoCo.
Start the week off on a lively note with Ms. Niki's Music Class at Flower Avenue Urban Park on Monday (7/17) and at Germantown Town Center Urban Park on Tuesday (7/18). This is another Parks Playhouse Jr. installment from Montgomery Parks and both shows kick off at 10am. Bring your own blankets or chairs!
If you're looking for an indoor option this week, it might be time to swing by the new Kentlands Baby Bar for their weekly Thursday morning baby story time! (Or check out their coffee and cuddles on Tuesday mornings!) This new space is designed for tots and their daytime keepers to socialize and snack so definitely check it out for future hangouts too!
And then finish the week with an awesome and easy Fun Friday! My Gym Potomac is hosting their second Fun Friday event on the lawn at Cabin John Village. They'll put out the toys, tunes, and games so your kids can run wild with a bevy of other tots while you hang on the lawn. (Plus a half dozen dinner options in every direction!) We caught this event last month and our toddler could not have been more delighted with our Friday evening plan!
