Minutes from New Albany, Westerville and Sunbury. 10 minutes from Otterbein and 30 minutes from OSU. Offering to our customers:
*Steel barn structure
*31 (10' x 10') matted stalls with drop down gates and windows
*HEATED stall aisle area for winter months
*Individual fans provided for summer months
*Spacious insulated indoor arena (180' x 70')
*Large outdoor arena (160' x 95')
*HEATED personal tac

k areas each with 3 saddle racks, bridle hanger and floor space for trunk
*Wash bays with warm water
*Controlled daily turnout in our 5 fenced pastures
*Round pen
*Trainers welcome
*Lessons available
*Customer restroom
*Commercial washer and dryer on site
*Owner lives on site
*Many other amenities
