For the first time ever, our grass finished beef is available by the cut!

If you’ve been wanting to try it, now is your chance. Run to Oak Grove Farms and grab some before it’s gone! And strawberries. You have to get the berries šŸ˜‰

Everyone meet Gilbert šŸ¤šŸ

Gilbert is our newest bottle baby around the farm and we are quite smitten with him. He is sweet, cuddly, curious and convinced that every person he meets is his new best friend.

Gilbert is especially excited that Farm School is just a few weeks away and he cannot wait to meet all his new friends! We have a feeling he’s going to be quite popular around here. 🄰

Remember the five little opossum babies we found a few weeks back? They made a special visit to us at Honeycomb Nature Society yesterday šŸ–¤

We had the joy of welcoming Wild Ones Animal Rehabilitators and it was such a gift to interact with animals we wouldn’t normally come in contact with. The children learned how opossums live in the wild, the important role they play, and how the team at Wild Ones lovingly rehabilitates them before releasing them back where they belong.

And of course, we all fell a little in love with Leonard, a very special opossum who reminded us that every creature has purpose.

Moments like these are what make this all so meaningful…hands on, heart full learning that just sticks.

We were recently featured by AgWeb.com sharing our story and our fight with Tennessee Valley Authority. Since the article was published, we’ve received calls and messages from people all across the country offering encouragement, congratulations, and sharing in our joy.

It’s been incredibly humbling. And it’s also been a reminder of just how many families are impacted by situations like this.

Not a single day has gone by since we learned TVA would abandon the route through our farm that we haven’t felt overwhelming gratitude. We are so thankful for the support, our community, and most of all for the Lord’s hand guiding us through every step.

We truly couldn’t have done this alone. šŸ¤

Against all odds, John Gregory stood up to a utility colossus intent on splitting his farm—and won.
