One is a regular peeler and one will do a julienne cut or peel soft peel fruits or vegetables like tomatoes, peaches, or apricots. They are both sharp and have a potato-eye-gouger, too.

Growing up in France, we often enjoyed a popular brand of chocolate hazelnut spread on baguette. The American version of that brand has undesired ingredients so I'm happy to "cheat" a little with the Bonne Maman brand, a well-respected brand tracing its roots back to a small French village. A little treat never hurt anyone!
