As we gear up for the newly expanded Buckeye Show Circuit, we want to share how our points system will work.
🐽 We will have a total of 10 shows, where exhibitors will take their best 7 show results from 2 pigs in to their overall circuit calculation.
🐽 We will have a total of 6 showmanship opportunities, where exhibitors will take their best 5 showmanship results in to their overall calculation.
📚 Each exhibitor's skill-a-thon score is included in their overall calculation.
📋 Each exhibitor's judging contest score is included in their overall calculation.
🎯 Our circuit is NOT limited to Ohio exhibitors.

🕹️ BIG NEWS FOR THE BUCKEYE SHOW CIRCUIT!

For years, you’ve known BSC as a four-show, two-weekend circuit. This winter, we’re making it bigger.

As two additional winter weekends became available, the Buckeye Show Circuit was asked if we wanted to take them on. After some consideration, we decided to go for it!

That means the upcoming BSC Winter Circuit will now include FOUR weekends of shows:

📅 November 20–22
📅 December 11–13
📅 January 1–3
📅 January 22–24

The Buckeye Show Circuit is a registered nonprofit organization, and we’re excited to continue growing the opportunities we can offer exhibitors.

One important clarification: these are NEW BSC shows. The Buckeye Show Circuit is not affiliated with the organizations or individuals who previously operated them. These weekends will be planned and operated entirely by BSC and will follow Buckeye Show Circuit rules, regulations, and standards.

Because we’re expanding from two weekends to four, we’re also working through updates to our circuit rules and point calculations. Those details will be announced and posted as soon as we can.

Four weekends. More opportunities. More competition. More Buckeye Show Circuit.

We’re excited about what’s ahead and can’t wait to see everyone in the ring! 🐷🕹️
