With a personal and customer-forward approach, we strive to strengthen our community by providing locally grown, clean food throughout and access to outdoor family farm experiences for all ages through the year. In recent years, we started to notice that small, local farms were disappearing. Coupled with a dream of expanding from a hobby of growing vegetables and raising a few chickens to a full p
roduction farm, we knew we needed land when purchasing a forever home. When we found old, vacant farmland nestled in the heart of Galloway, the place where we started life together almost twenty years ago, it felt like it was meant to be. So we settled in, got started and in 2022, Farmer Marie founded Working Dog Farms to share our love of farming and fresh food with the community by providing locally grown, clean food and access to outdoor family farm experiences for all ages. With lots of work, sweat and love, the farm is coming back to life and bringing a little extra to the community.
