It's been some time since our last update on Facebook. As a small, family-owned business, comprised of Jefe Milo and myself, we're excited to remind our followers that we're available for small catering events up to 60 people. We maintain a consistent inventory of four frozen and vacuum-sealed meals, including Cajun chicken corn chowder, gumbo, and chilis (with and without beans), alongside our signature 'crack' pretzels and homemade BBQ sauce. These items are regularly available at the Tiki Island farmers market, and we also accommodate orders from those with cravings. Additionally, we offer Sunday dinners to households on Tiki Island, Texas, through a text-based subscription service where participants receive the weekly menu - featuring a protein entrée, side, and dessert - all for $15 per meal. We're proud to serve as the personal chefs of Tiki Island. Expect more updates, including photos of our market presence, catering setups, and the meals we prepare.

Had a fantastic opportunity and honor for SISU BBQ and Catering to be asked out of the blue to be a vender for a private airplane charter out of Colorado named "ONE flight International". They said they found us on Google, to say we were surprised was an understatement. They have flights out of Ellington in NASA and Schults here on Galveston. The customers asked for a charcuterie for 4 people and this what we provided, rave reviews from concierge, still hoping to hear from customers. Grateful to learn new things and looking forward to seeing what this might lead to.

Good Morning Friends, SISU BBQ will not be able to continue the SISU Sunday meals we have been proud to host for the immediate future. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

We are still available to handle your catering needs and more than happy to do so!

Great reviews on last weeks meal, Steak and Sausage Kabobs, Parmesan Risotto, and everyone's favorite, Magic Bars. Even knocked out batches of Chili and "Not" Chili that are still big hits.

Cannot express how much Robin and I appreciate all yall's business and love!

We have 32 ounce frozen Chili and Not Chili available right now, just let us know or pick one up on SISU Sundays! Crack pretzels and our homemade Smoked Honey Bourbon BBQ sauce are also in stock!
