Howdy Sea Aggies! We hope your first week is going well so far! We’re all super excited to have you back with us, and to the class of 2030, we’re super excited to meet you! For those of you who aren’t familiar, every Thursday our amazing team gets to choose and congratulate a new member in what we call Thank you Thursday! So without further ado:
Meet Germaine Arevalo, one of our wonderful Line Servers over at Captain’s Landing! Germaine has been with us for about 6 months, and when asked what her favorite part of working here is, she didn’t hesitate to mention the camaraderie and relationships she’s built with the rest of the team. When it comes to her favorite meal in Captain’s Landing, Germaine recommends the infamous pizza! But growing up, one of her favorites was Filipino Chopsuey, a traditional stir-fry dish with roots in Chinese and Chinese-American cuisine. Outside of work, Germaine enjoys spending time scrolling through Facebook. She’s a proud wife and mom to two adult daughters. Her family also includes three dogs and a cat, with most of her pets currently living in the Philippines with her daughters! For a fun add-on, we asked for her dream vacation, she said Seoul, Korea! While Germaine has been before and would love the chance to go back hopefully that trip is in her future!
Germaine, thank you for the warmth, smile, and dedication you bring to Sea Aggie Dining every day. We’re so grateful to have you as part of the Sea Aggie Dining family!
