Got the “White Frenchie Blonde Ale “ in the fermenter around 2 O’Clock CT.
Pitched a French strain of ale yeast from White Labs.
Also used 3 different French hops. All Nobles. Aramis (6.8%AA) was for bitterness. Triskel (3.5) and Strisslespalt (1.3) for aroma. I’m gonna enjoy a couple (4) Guinness Stouts before I finish cleaning up. Y’all have a great Sunday evening.

Mash, Sparge and about a half hour left on the Boil.Everything is going good.First time using this 45 gal Kettle.
