Sunset views are often the best views. We are thankful for our crews it takes a lot this time of year as you can often see by those bright shining lights late into the night.

It’s like a TLC episode 19 and counting 🤣…. And I am early today. Chicken poblano, garlic rice, buttered tortilla (nope not homemade), and brownies. Dinner is served guys let’s keep knocking if out 🌽

Another day another dinner harvest day3 after the rain…. Guys get dinner and a little break tonight as Bertha showered us out. Tonight meal was yummy except again the picky kid- caesar chicken smash tacos, salad and chicken garlic rice (and corn for the one who doesn’t eat green veggies 🫣)

Harvest meals day 2 after the rain… some homemade jalepeno and cheese sausage, made from scratch bacon mac and cheese, corn and a roll.

Back at it…. Crazy probably but it’s drying up and when the boss says go well we GO!!!
Harvest after the rain Day 1- Parmesan Chicken, creamy orzo, zucchini (corn for one 🤣) and garlic bread.
