Happy Friday friends! No better way to kick off the weekend than with a NEW beer, just tapped today. Welcoming Threshed & Blessed to the line up! A golden labor of love born from the field and fermentor. Built on a backbone of New York Pilsner malt with a kiss of caramel. This New York IPA is brewed with Vista and Chinhook hops, giving an earthy pine and clean bitter finish. An Empire State rooted beer, unapologetic and built to last.

Stop in and give it a try, paired perfectly with a Vermont Roo crispy chicken sandwich from here all weekend!

Cheers!🍻

New York State is celebrating 10 years of the NYS Grown & Certified program β€” a program that recognizes farms and producers committed to environmental stewardship, food safety, and supporting New York agriculture.

With nearly 33,000 farms statewide, New York has a rich agricultural history built on fertile soils, abundant water, and hardworking farmers dedicated to caring for the land.

So what does it mean to be NYS Grown & Certified?

Launched in 2016, the NYS Grown & Certified program helps consumers easily identify products grown and produced in New York State by farms and businesses committed to responsible farming practices. The program has since expanded to include craft beverages, including farm breweries like us.

To qualify, New York farm breweries must source their hops and malt from NYS Grown & Certified farms throughout the state. Farms participating in the program also complete the Agricultural Environmental Management (AEM) Program through their local Soil & Water Conservation District to help ensure responsible stewardship of the land.

At Dancing Grain Farm Brewery, we take that commitment one step further. Not only do we source New York ingredients from fellow NYS Grown & Certified farms β€” we also grow our own malt barley right here on our own NYS Grown & Certified farm. Farming is at the heart of everything we do, and every pint poured is a direct connection between New York agriculture and craft beer.

Not every brewery is committed to the same level of New York agricultural support and sustainability β€” and that’s okay. We’ll just let the beer and the farm speak for themselves.

At Dancing Grain, authenticity matters. The grain is grown here. The land is cared for here. And the beer in your glass has roots right here in New York soil. 🌾🍺

Want to learn more? Click the CSA link in our bio to explore a map of the small farms and New York businesses that help support our beer program and keep local agriculture thriving.

Come see the farm for yourself, visit the taproom, or find us every Sunday at the Spa City Farmers Market through October to grab a fresh 4-pack and support New York agriculture.

Join us for Bands & Brews

A collaboration between The Park Theater Foundation and Dancing Grain

Hi friends,

We've been waiting to share this one with you, and the moment is finally
here. This summer, Dancing Grain is stepping into something new β€” and
we're kicking it off the right way.

We're proud to partner with the Park Theater Foundation (https://www.parktheatergf.com/) to present
Bands & Brews β€” a one-day summer festival happening right here on the
farm, inside The Brew Barn at Dancing Grain - supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Southern Adirondacks. Five hours of live music, farm-to-glass craft beer, and the kind of afternoon we built this place for.

Saturday, July 25, 2026 | 4–9 PM | The Barn at Dancing Grain Farm Brewery

The Lineup
This is not your average summer show. We've got four acts that cover every
corner of what live music can feel like:
β€’ Chestnut Grove β€” Capital Region powerhouse headliners bringing
their signature high-energy grooves
β€’ Griff β€” featuring members of Let's Be Leonard and Blue Ranger
β€’ Reese Fulmer & Chris β€œGooch” Bloniarz of Honeysuckle β€”
acoustic duo, warm and intimate
β€’ Natalie Santini of Little Saints β€” a solo set you won't want to miss

Get Your Tickets β€” Early Bird Ends May 31
Tickets are on sale now, and if you buy before Saturday, May 30, you'll
lock in the early-bird rate of $30 β€” plus the exclusive opportunity to add a
limited-edition event t-shirt and VIP parking pass to your order. After May
31, tickets go to $35 in advance and $40 at the door.

β€’ Early Bird (by May 31): $30 + exclusive t-shirt & VIP parking add-on option
β€’ Advance (June 1+): $35
β€’ Door: $40 | Children 12 & under: FREE

Tickets available at parktheatergf.com or by calling 518-792-1150.

Bands And Brews with Purpose

A portion of every ticket sold benefits Big Brothers Big Sisters of the
Southern Adirondacks, supporting their vital work mentoring children
facing adversity in our region. This event is made possible by our incredible
presenting sponsor, Saratoga Honda (https://saratogahonda.com/?srsltid=AfmBOopMGmtWboz3ynL8mSmNu-5vz87TgWwK_qtLjTxtd4ikglru4HTK) . We're grateful to have partners who
care as much about this community as we do.

Good to Know

β€’ Food trucks will be onsite, but bring your own food welcome

Dogs of Dancing Grain series is back in action! Our farm is a welcome space for everyone, and that includes your four-legged best friend! We’re excited to kick off the season with Poppy, our resident farm dog and the queen of the farm! You’ll likely spot her darting around in the fields or by Rachel’s side, lending a paw as the ultimate farm helper.

Be sure to check in each week to meet our featured dog of Dancing Grain, and see if your pup gets the chance to be the dog of the week! We invite you to swing by, enjoy a beer, let us love up on your dog (it makes our day!), enjoy the view, and don’t forget to tag us in a photo of your pup during your visit! Drink a beer, pet some dogs, am I right?
