Sunday is going to be a good one. 🌻
The Farm & Maker's Market is back this Sunday, September 13th from 11 AM to 3 PM — and with the sunflowers in full bloom, there's truly no better place to be!
Browse local vendors, shop everything from. Handmade pottery, fresh sourdough to handmade lotions and skincare. Pick your flowers, grab a cold beer, and stay for the Sunflowers & Cars car show running 11–2. Yoga Mandali opens the morning at 11, and Arepa Hut, Bab-A-Dew Pizza & Juicy Burger are all on site all day.
It's a full Sunday on the farm and we want you here for it! Come out, bring the family, bring the dog, and soak it all in. 🌻🍺

Bills season is back. The real one. 🏈💙❤️

This Sunday, the regular season kicks off at 1 PM and we’re watching it live in the Brew Barn — because this is exactly what we built it for.

Now help us transform it into the BILLS BARN. 😂❤️💙

Doors open at 11 AM. Kickoff at 1 PM.

Reserve a table and you’ll get:
🍺 8 beer tickets waiting when you arrive
📺 Guaranteed seating with a clear view of the TVs + full sound
🏆 A shot at our weekly best-dressed tailgate table prize
🍻 Specials on Exit 17 NY Pilsner — brewed with New York ingredients for New York’s only NFL team
🌮 Bring your own food or grab something from the food truck on site

And yes, the tailgate table competition is peer judged, so decorate it, dress up, bring the ridiculousness. The prize is a secret, and you need a reservation to be eligible.

Tables seat 8, with a couple 12-person tables available. Book one or bring the whole crew and take over a section.

This isn’t just “the game is on.” This is Bills Sunday at the farm.

Save the date and get your seat! 🌻Sun Garden Supper is happening September 17!

We're pulling a table out into the sunflower field, setting it for just 24 people, and letting Chef Riany Mena of create a magical meal. Four courses, all built around local ingredients, paired with Dancing Grain beer as the sun goes down over the farm. It really doesn't get much better than that.

You'll get a welcome drink, beer pairings with every course, full access to the sunflower fields all evening, a Sunflower Fest tote to take home, and a vase of our own farm grown sunflowers.

On the menu: grilled carrots with basil purée and spiced pepitas, a beet salad with marinated tomatoes and orange vinaigrette, sofrito pork with butternut squash purée and crispy rice, and gâteau invisible with caramel and sea salt to close it out.
Candlelight, sunflowers, farm tables. Only 24 seats, and we don't expect them to stick around, so get yours now! You can purchase tickets from the link in our bio!

It’s September! Fall means sunflowers are coming, the Bills season has begun and that it’s about to be the best time of the year! 🌸🍺

New beer just dropped — Homegrown, our Double IPA, is officially on tap. Juicy, hazy, silky smooth with tropical citrus vibes from Citra and Galaxy 8% ABV. Come try it.

Beers & Blooms is going all week — $25, a cold beer or Imago and a field full of dahlias and zinnias waiting for you. The sunflowers are coming soon, but right now it's peak flower season. Don't sleep on it!

Here's what's happening:
🌭 Wednesday — Free Hot Dog Wednesday. Buy a beer, get a hot dog.
🎤 Thursday — We're hosting the Wellspring & Saratoga County Chamber Mixer, the kickoff event for their campaign to end domestic violence. Because even one person living in fear is too many. Come show up for something that matters! 80K Street Plate on the farm and Mia Scirocco performing live. Tickets at the link in bio.
🌮 Friday — 80K Street Plate + Ty's Taco-Ria on the farm, Rustic Spirit playing country and Southern Rock live from 6–9. That's a Friday.
🍞 Saturday — Both 80k Street Plate and Ty’s Taco-Ria all day, and the Ryan Clark Band (think pop meets John Mayer meets Jack Johnson) on the stage from 4–7.
🏈 Sunday — Farmer’s & Maker's Market with 14 local vendors (goat milk skincare, fresh beef, sourdough, handmade pottery + more), Yoga Mandali at 11, Bills game LIVE in the Brew Barn at 1, and Tim Rodrigue & Norm Allen playing country, blues, bluegrass, and rock from 2–4.

Bills table package: $68 = reserved Brew Barn table + 8 beer tickets. You can reserve you your table in the shop on our website.

For the third year in a row, we’re honored to welcome Wellspring back to Dancing Grain to kick off their ONE Campaign.

Wellspring supports people in our community who are impacted by relationship abuse and domestic violence, and the ONE Campaign is built around a really simple idea: change can start with one person.

That message has always felt very at home here.

Dancing Grain has become a place where people gather, connect, celebrate, and hopefully feel like they belong. We’ve always wanted this farm to feel welcoming and inclusive, a place where there’s room for you at the table. So being trusted to host this kickoff again, for the third year, genuinely means a lot to us.

On September 10, we’ll gather here at the farm for Wellspring, for the people they serve, and for the reminder that one person really can make a difference. We hope you’ll be ONE of them.

Meet this week's dog of Dancing Grain: Luca! An adoptable puppy, soaking up the good life in an Adirondack chair with a "beer" of his own 🐾. One of our employees is currently fostering this sweet boy through Lucky Puppy Rescue, and he's already decided the brewery is his favorite spot. This is exactly why we love this community. Good beer, good people, and always room for one more good boy! If you're looking to add a forever friend to your pack, he might be your guy, and he's already very familiar with the farm. 🍺🐶

🌻 Not all our sunflowers are growing on the same schedule this year — and Rachel's breaking down why!
We ran into some germination issues during planting, so we've got two different sizes of sunflowers out in the field right now. That also means our Sunflower Fest is pushing back a bit later this year, and we're expecting two separate waves of flowers! The same sunflowers you love, just spread out a little differently than usual!

It’s Labor Day Weekend, and that means you get more Dancing Grain this week! 🌻🍺🎶

We're kicking off the week with free hot dog Wednesday, one per customer with a beer purchase, while supplies last. A small thing, but honestly one of our favorite days of the week.

Piece of Heaven is on the farm Thursday through Sunday with burgers, wraps, and more.
Tika and Nene Caribbean joins them Saturday and Sunday. Two food trucks, a lot of good food, plenty of reasons to come hungry!

🎶 Joe Henley Band | Friday 6–9 — soulful, upstate NY roots rock that feels right at home on the farm.

🎶 Rusticator | Saturday 5–8 — an americana band playing originals and covers of The Grateful Dead, Avett Brothers, and more. They always put on a great show. Bring a lawn chair.

🎶 Fox Row | Sunday 2–4 — an indie folk duo with the kind of sound that makes a Sunday afternoon feel exactly right.

Sunday our Farm & Maker's Market runs 11–3 with 19 local vendors bringing everything from goat milk lotion to beef. Both food trucks are on site all day and live music carries you into the afternoon!

Monday we're open for Labor Day, 12–7! Cousin's Maine Lobster and Tika and Nene are both on the farm, and Papa Rich & The Wayward Souls are playing from 2–5. We don't open Mondays often. This one is worth it!

The sunflowers haven't bloomed yet, but this weekend feels like the moment fall starts showing up at Dancing Grain and we’re anticipating blooms by late September. Sunflower Fest is on its way and if last year taught us anything, you don't want to wait until the last minute to get out here, so make your plans!

Beers & Blooms is open all week. Come pick the dahlias and zinnias while they're at their best — $25 gets you into the field with a cold beer, or Imago. The sunflowers are coming, but right now it's still theirs.

Come spend the long weekend with us. 🌸
