Illinois! What is going on with the weather? Well, regardless, Dragon's Hearth is rolling smoke this weekend. Taking preorders now.

Brisket - $12 per lb
Pulled Pork - $8 per lb
Chicken Thighs (Special) - $8 per lb
Chicken (Half/Whole) - $6/$12

Note - The chicken thighs are in limited quantities. They go super fast and I highly recommend them as a "must try."

Taco Tuesday! Tip from the Dragon Hearth - To quickly make tacos, simply reheat Dragon Hearth's Pulled Pork and place into a warmed corn tortilla. Add favorite salsa/hot sauce with onions and cilantro. In our household, this is a common/easy family menu option that takes minutes to prepare/execute.

As you know, we always have Brisket and Pulled Pork available for those in a crunch to get dinner ready, or just to have on hand for those "just in case" moments.

Note - Currently planning to roll smoke this week and taking pre-orders for Brisket! Inventory is a little low so hit us up and get on the list. Prices below.
