Hey followers, if you are interested in purchasing an entire, custom lamb carcass processed by Buster Red Meats, please send us a DM to our page. We have several available and you can have them cut up to your specifications. These are the top 15+ carcasses from the Finney County Fair (including Grand and Reserve Grand Champions are available). Your purchase will support Buster Red Meats who purchased the carcasses from the 4-H and FFA members of Finney County. The cost will be $500 for the lamb carcass, harvest fee and all processing. Again, please DM us and we can get you a processing sheet OR you can trust us to do what we would normally do for customers.

Hey all, we have brought in recently some:
USDA Choice: Porterhouse ($13.99/lb) and T-Bone Steaks ($12.99/lb). Along with some fresh pork sausage in the following flavors: Regular Breakfast, Hot n Spicy, Dixie Breakfast Sausage (less sage than regular), Maple Sausage, Italian Sausage and Chorizo. All of these are $4.99/lb. Make sure to get in. We also brought in recently some pork bratwursts: Regular, Cheddar, Hatch Green Chili and Jalapeno Cheddar.
