Our bottle-fed calf Annie is living her best life with the alpacas. We feed her a bottle 2x per day, and she is thriving with her new friends.

Calving season is here which means the days and nights start to blur together. Checking on mommas to make sure that labor is going smoothly and that they are taking care of their new calves. Last night, Joe was out in the rain until 10 pm and he was back out at 4 am this morning to see how the herd was doing. So thankful that we live on the ranch to keep a close eye.

The view from our house to the barn and pasture is one of the best on the ranch. We are so lucky to actually live ON the ranch with our animals.

Not only can we keep a close eye on the herd, but the ranch becomes a part of our everyday. Not just for us, but for our kids, friends and family.

The new barn/shop finally gets sided! We started it last Spring but put it on the back burner when we got it to a point that we could park all of our tractors and equipment in it to keep them out of the elements. It sat wrapped in Tyvex for a year. This is a big day 🤩
