Good morning from the FARM!! Usually this time of year we are starting to cool down and start moving into our fall season. Somehow the weather report doesn't show that with this next week all in the triple digits😬😬

Not to worry though, we still have plenty of fresh fruits and veggies.

🍅Tomatoes🍅 are coming along, but a little slower. So if you're looking for slicers, sometimes I run short, but we should still have tomatoes into October and November so keep checking.
If you haven't done your tomato canning yet this year get your name on our list for #2 canners.

Alas 🥒cucumbers🥒 have given up and are done for the season.

🍉Watermelon🍉 is coming in several times thru the week so should have for awhile yet.
Cantaloupe is about finished for the season.

Good stock on both 🌶Spicy🌶 and
🫑Bell🫑 peppers (Jalapeno, Poblano, Garden Salsa, Hungarian Hot Wax, Red Cayenne and Habenero).

Excessive heat has taken a toll on the
🥬Lettuce🥬 production also but hope to have back in stock September 9th.

Starting a new batch of fall crops so stay tuned we aren't done.

We have limited supply of fresh Kansas
🍑Peaches🍑 for the season.

🍅Tomato's🍅 a little slow ripening but still coming on, just in smaller volume right now.

We are picking up cases of Apples (Jonathon, Gala, HoneyCrisp and AutumnCrisp) tomorrow and we scored some more cases of KANSAS Peaches) will be stocked in the market on Monday. If you need cases for canning, freezing etc. of Apples or Peaches we do stock a few extra, but be sure to let us know as soon as you can.

Beautiful cool misty morning at the FARM!! Didn't show much rain in the gauge, but any is welcome before the heat comes back next week.
Quick update, the tomatoes have decided to go on vacation for a time until the weather. cools some. We have lots of green tomatoes, they just aren't turning red right now.
So 🍅Tomato's🍅 are in limited supply at the moment. But cantaloupe, watermelon and cucumbers are taking up the slack big time until the tomato's get back to work.

HOT!! HOT!! HOT!! That's the forecast for this weekend at the FARM! We have the air conditioners running, the cooler's on, and nice cold 🍉WATERMELON🍉 and CANTALOUPE to help get through the hot days as well as other goodies.

Bright sunshiny steamy morning here on the FARM!!!! Ooops we're not on the farm today🤣instead we listened to all the requests this past week for Watermelon and Cantaloupe and although ours are still a couple weeks away we are on the road again picking up some from one of our mentors who just started picking theirs YEAH!!!!

Come on in tomorrow we'll be stocked up on 🍉Watermelon, Cantaloupe, 🍑Peaches and last picking of Blackberries.

We are picking lots of Slicing 🥒Cucumbers and Snackers (Pickeling) are just starting so if you're a pickle maker get your orders called in.
🍅Tomato's are in their prime and we have canning Tomato's as well as Green Tomato's and Cherry Tomato's.

🫑Bell and 🌶Spicy Peppers are looking mighty pretty.

We are digging RED Potato's and some 🥔Yukon Golds and boy do they taste good😋

Still harvesting some beautiful Cabbage but 🥦Broccoli and Cauliflower are gone until FALL harvest.

Harvesting 🧅Onions and 🧄Garlic.

Sorry we are out of 🥬Lettuce right now hope we have back in stock soon.

It's going to be hot this whole week so stop in and enjoy the air conditioner and pick up some fresh cool veggies. And as always, don't forget the 🥚EGGS!!!

Good morning from the FARM !! It is definitely a warm and muggy day. There was a nice breeze early, but it's gone now!! Luckily we just came in from some early harvests.

The gates have finally opened on the 🍅Tomato's🍅 ripening. These 2 crates were from 1 row of picking this morning.
So all you Tomato lovers, we should have plenty to keep you satisfied.
If you are looking for Canning tomatoes, let me know, I will be mixing up some boxes of #2's as I have available.

We harvested the last of the broccoli and cauliflower for spring still have some beautiful heads of cabbage coming along.
I am pulling a few onions but they still have some growing room and aren't flopping over.

Also just dug some beautiful Red and Yukon Gold Potato's this morning.

It's close to lunch and I'm sitting here trying to think of all the yummy things I could make to eat😋😋 with this morning's harvest.

Come on out and see us.!!!!

Ok its early morning and I'm kinda half witted today. We are headed to pickup fresh KANSAS Peaches, Blackberries and hopefully some Blueberries (Michigan).
