LAST CALL !!

There are currently roughly about 10-lb boxes of dried persimmons to share with anyone who is interested. The pre-order will be CLOSED this Friday 10/31/25 by EOD, or when the 10 lb order has been filled. There is no limit to this last few boxes.

I sincerely apologize if I miss anyone from ordering for this season. There are quite a few large orders coming in this year, plus more work load, holidays & race training piled up on my plate and I need time to process all of these.

How is everyone doing this new 2025?? Hope y'all are doing fantastic!

This is some remaining left over from the very last batch was made for myself in mid December. These are some very large size persimmons. Each fresh one could weigh up to nearly a pound & extremely sweet if not processing properly to stop the ongoing fluctose development during air drying period. It is pretty tricky during this natural process to make it stayed at mild sweetness, but it was successfully managed & mastered at last, after 3 long years with many trials & testings!!

The journey of the thousand miles begins with a single.... persimmon!!

It's been a great season with great turn out. My air dried persimmon journey has made its way across America, thru 15 states - from west to east coast this year. And to my suprise, it made its journey all the way back to Vietnam!! 😍🥰

I follow my hoshigaki master advise "Stay small & continue to brush up on technique. Make your product stand out from the norm."

This is my 3rd year introducing my hoshigaki to the US market & it's already traveling to 14 states!! Though it is a small percentage compared to other well established names but this is way beyond my expectations. I don't quite advertise my hoshigaki product that much but it spreads like wild fire, especially this year!!

Thank you for your love, your trust & supporting of my little passion in making this. 2nd & 3rd batches still got pushed hard to go out this weekend to make it to you prior to Thanksgiving holiday.

Due to high volume of "late" orders after the Stop Order announced, I made another extra batch which I think there is a high chance to cover those very last orders. I will keep you posted toward the very end. Again, thank you for your love & support of my passion to make hoshigaki. 😍

STOP ORDER for 2024

As of this day, my hoshigaki pre-order capacity has reached a little beyond the maximum threshold earlier than expected. Therefore, a Stop Order will temporarily be placed here, unfortunately!! Any preorder placed after this time will be on hold until further notice.

For those who already confirmed the order, you are guaranteed to have it ready. 1st batch will be out this week. 2nd batch will be out before Thanksgiving. Last batch will be prior to Xmas.
