Ingredients

1 pack of Sapporo Ichiban Shio Ramen
1 small potato (approx. 100g)
20g melting cheese
2 tsp olive oil
A pinch of parsley (finely chopped)
A small amount each of carrot, lettuce, onion, etc.

2. Peel the potato and cut it into fine julienne strips (thin matchsticks). Mix them into step 1 along with the melting cheese.
3. Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a frying pan, spread the mixture from step 2 across the pan, and press down firmly using a wooden lid or similar tool while cooking.
4. Flip it over, add the remaining olive oil, and cook until golden brown. Place it on a plate and sprinkle with parsley.
5. Bring 200ml of water to a boil and briefly simmer the vegetables, which should be cut into extremely thin strips.
6. Add the remaining soup powder left over from step 1 into step 5 to make a vegetable soup.
7. You may add the included sesame seeds to the soup or galette as you like.

Oh ramen dog where have you been all my life? 🌭🍜😍

Who's got time to make corn dogs from scratch? These ramen dogs are super simple to make and impossible to resist! Crispy noodles with a piping hot center packed with your favorite hot dog. We've even got a dipping sauce recipe for you✨

Ingredients
1 pack Sapporo Ichiban Miso Ramen
4 cooked hot dogs (on skewers)
3 tbsp instant mashed potato flakes (15 g)
90 ml hot water
1 tbsp flour (10 g)
Cooking oil for frying

[Sauce]
100 ml unsalted tomato juice
2 tsp French dressing
1/2 tbsp potato starch
1 tsp sugar

Instructions
1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. Rinse under running water and drain well.
2. In a bowl, mix the mashed potato flakes and hot water. Add the flour and 2 teaspoons of the ramen seasoning powder, and mix well. Add the noodles and coat them with the mixture.
3. Wrap the coated noodles around each hot dog.
4. Heat oil to 170°C (340°F) and deep-fry for 2–3 minutes until crispy. Turn frequently once the noodles begin to set, as they can burn easily.
5. In a heatproof container, mix the tomato juice, remaining seasoning powder, French dressing, potato starch, and sugar. Microwave for about 1 minute, take it out, and stir occasionally while still hot.
6. Dip the fried noodle-wrapped sausages in the sauce and enjoy.
You can also serve them with ketchup, mayonnaise, sauce, or mustard if you like.

PRO COOKING TIPS:
🌟Using potato flakes along with flour keeps the coating light, since flour alone can make it heavy.

🌟The noodles are easier to wrap when they are freshly cooked. Loosen the noodles and wrap them in small portions while keeping them long for a neat finish.
