Interested in trying wagyu? Have you had the melt-in-your-mouth experience? Dewey Ranch Wagyu beef will be available at the end of the month. Raised here on the ranch. 24+ Day Dry Aged. Have us deliver a 1/8th, 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef! The beef will be processed in all vacuum sealed packages and will be ready for delivery around the end of October. We will have more wagyu ready at the end of November as well. The end of November we will have individual cuts listed and priced as well. Reach out to Brian for pricing and cuts!

We have 1 1/2 beef hanging at Kiowa locker. Beef has hung 24 days. We DELIVER to Wichita and can also DELIVER to the Kansas City area. Price is 3.65/lb hanging weight plus processing.
