I took a page out of my friend Shannon's playbook and added Habanero Gold Jelly to my stir fry. It was incredible! I just sautéed veggies in olive oil, added a bit of soy sauce, and when almost cooked, threw in the cooked shrimp to heat. Then I added about a tablespoon of pepper jelly and finished heating. I served it over rice. Divine! .
