Did you know that Blue Ribbon Dairy đ„ is cream-line milk?
Meaning that the cream rises to the top because our milk is NOT homogenized. There are lots of people that have told me they are able to drink BRD đ„ but no other milk. One of the reasons is because we donât change the makeup of the fat molecules since we donât homogenize it.
You have to shake the milk really good to disperse the cream. Or you can pour the cream off for creamer, use it to make butter, etc.

We are still taking donations for ComeBack BBQ & Two Pennies Ministry. Donations can be dropped off at the front counter. Thank you to all who have already brought items to give out to the homeless this weekend!
We are so grateful for the individual and corporate donations we have received in the past few weeks. Thanks to Jimbo Cheri Cunningham we have toothpaste and toothbrushâs for everyone, Hughes Screen Printing for donating cases of water, Southern Market for the donation of meat and being a collection site for donations. Sam Justice and Barbara - thank you for the opportunity to work with you and your ministry to have an impact in Birmingham.
Donations can be dropped off this week at Southern Market or we will be more than glad to meet you.
We would truly appreciate your prayers this week and on Saturday that we can have a positive impact.

I have looked for Dirt Road Gourmet casseroles in so many stores in Birmingham and the surrounding area and never found one. Yesterday at Southern Market....lo and behold...there they are. When my Social Security check arrives, I'll go back and purchase one of each! I had given up on finding them. I met Jackie, the owner and creator of these casseroles many years back when she worked at another company. She needed a tour guide in Birmingham to show some prospective clients around and I was the lucky recipient of that duty!
I will never walk back in your store unless it is with the health department. Our 87 year old Mother/Grandmother took back some breakfast pizzas that had a green fly in them and you accused her of trying to get free food and called her a liar. You said if it had a fly it was not from there. She left there almost in tears. You will see how much business you lose from this. I'm sure it will be a lot. And the health department has been called. Bad decision on your part.
